We came in on Sunday to have lunch for Mother’s Day. We didn’t have to wait. We were seated right away. Our Hostess made sure the table she picked for us was wiped down clean before she had us seated. Shortly after our nice waitress came and took our order for drinks. We were notified when one of the meal was going to take longer than five minutes and was offered an option. I also loved that she checked up on us while eating to see if we needed anything else and refilled our coffee! Over all a great dining experience. The food was perfect and so delicious! Will come back soon! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Used to love this place. Service was good but food was ok. Asked for well done hash browns and all I got was uncooked hash browns that were burned on one side. They kind of missed the whole concept of well done hash browns. Not much of a complainer so I just didn't eat them.

Not a huge fan, there are better venues for most all the menu with the exception of pancakes, they do them well. Unfortunately, I am not a big pancake fan, but IHOP is clean, family-friendly, waitstaff is attentive, and food is passable. Good place to visit if your group can't decide what they want. There are many menu choices to make most happy.

The salad was fresh and my friend said the blueberry pancakes were great. The sandwich was greasy had to send back, and they politely removed it from the bill. Not bad for the only place open at midnight.

Prices are good. Service is always warm with smile. Food is great. Stays pretty busy on the weekends. Does not take long to get a table though. A must on lazy days when you don't feel like making breakfast at home.
